Combining behavioral and targeted interviewing techniques, Nursing Homes and Hospitals are assured that Nurses presented possess all necessary, as well as many desired, skill sets which will prove their value as an exceptional Nurse within their Nursing Home/Hospital.
Interviewing

After Care
Calls conducted with Client and Nurse after the first day and before the end of the first week, after 2 weeks, after 1 month and finally at the 3 month point. We also meet the Nurse for a coffee after they have been with your Home for 1 month to genuinely see how things are going.
Further, we have an interactive website, which employers and candidates can access to view their scheduled interviews. Our main focus for all parties involved is on the Stay Hired parts of the process.
